This is about an AIDS-related discovery at Kumamoto University. The report says that they have discovered how a molecule called “GANP” helps an enzyme destroy the virus. They are hopeful that this discovery will lead to more effective treatments. I have not seen anything on the web in English about the discovery at this point.
