日本は1995年に人種差別撤廃条約に加入し、日本政府も人種差別をなくすための政策をとることが義務づけられています。 （義務づけられてなくてもやるべきですが。。。）
Japan joined the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) in 1995, which obligates the Japanese government to adopt policies to fight against racism. (well, they better do so even without the obligation…)
しかし、現在在日コリアンや外国人をターゲットとするヘイトスピーチが大きな問題となっています。
