Female representation in Kumamoto’s Prefectural Assembly is low:

“While all prefectural assemblies had at least one assemblywoman, Gifu, Kagawa and Saga assemblies had just one female member and Yamagata, Ibaraki, Ishikawa, Ehime, Kochi and Kumamoto had two.”
