Five Zero Japan (00000JAPAN) = Wireless LAN SSID anyone can use for free during a large scale disaster!
If you see a locked Wi-Fi network that, under normal conditions you would not be able to use unless your were a subscribing user, try the 00000JAPAN password to log on. It should work for you.
