We’ve also made a google docs folder and we’d like to collect forms and information that people may need for applying for various support available after the earthquake. If you do get a Japanese form that you think might be useful to people, if you can scan it or take a clear picture of it with your phone, please mail it to me at [email protected] and I’ll upload it.
