Sakai-san and Takahashi-san are available to take calls in English and offer assistance to foreigners in Kumamoto affected by the quakes. They have tarps, storage/cleaning supplies, and other goods, so please give them a call at 096-359-2020. They stress that no place is too far for them to go to, so please don’t hesitate to contact them!!
