Yuji Hashimoto, when not playing a mean sax, spends his time promoting Kumamoto food. He was recently photographed and quoted in a Nishinihon Shinbun article at a Thailand exhibition promoting Kyushu cuisine. “Thailand has a noodle-eating culture, and is thus a very attractive market. Our exports to the country have doubled,” he said.
Yuji-san can be found wherever fine jazz is played.
