The NHK Kumamoto bureau, conveniently located adjacent to the castle in a building equipped with a rooftop camera (and with engineer types just itching for an excuse to use camera drones) has started a Webpage called “Observe Kumamoto Castle”(熊本城 いまを見つめる). Watching this will make watching grass grow look like an Usain Bolt race, but it’s nice that someone is paying attention.
