I couldn’t find the video of this particular performance but imagine it was not quite different from the attached.

As a personal note, I used to work at Disneyland and gained great respect for the costumed characters: limited eyesight, intense heat, the shear weight of the costume, and people tugging at you from all directions - you can bet the people inside are not exactly smiling..
