Hi Sorry for late updating. Kumamoto city office says they open Ward office of Tyuou- ku and Higashi-ku only limited time. They open the inquiry counter from 9am to 1pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, they open it from noon to 4pm. It’s cause of COVID-19, yes, not to crowded. At West and North and South Ward office open as usual. They recommend you to ask to get your documents by mail. Sorry, I’m so busy now. I should go to meet my young daughter who stay at my mother’s house to escape from COVID in Nagomi town, my home town.
