Heavy rains are predicted to arrive in Kumamoto. Evacuation shelters opened from 18:00 on July 18th (Mon). When preparing to go to a shelter, please remember to bring with you the necessities such as food, water and prescription drugs. ※ When the shelter closes , please remember to take with you any garbage that you accumulated.
