Joe Tomei here with pho 4 breakfast!
Time (タイム), the pho restaurant that was next to the Kengun McDonalds, has reopened in their new place next to Kumamoto zoo. Their hours are 8 to 4 (check their instagram for their holidays) and my wife and I braved the snow (all 3 flakes) to have a pho ga and yam un sen set.
