Cassie here If you want to enjoy a drive enjoying cherry blossoms Mikan Yama on the way to Kinpo San is amazing. There is even a spot on the opposite side of the road you can pull over to take pictures. Every time I have driven it the past two days other cars are also pulled over to take pictures.
