It's interesting to me that this bit of news came to me via a Korean news service whereas I don't recall that local TV news program I record every day (RKK) spending much time on the question of the lack of underground missile shelters. Of course, this is exactly the sort of thing that protesters in Kengun have been concerned about so it's no news to them.
