Here are maps showing the routes for the morning and evening parades tomorrow (Sunday, the 21st) in the Fujisaki Hachimangu Shrine Grand Festival. My understanding is that the morning parade provides the best viewing (people and horses are fresh and sober). The parade begins at 6 AM. For more information see
