On the 6th of June, at 3 PM Mr. Hiroshi Isaki, head of the Kyushu division of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) will talk about current developments in aid to Cambodia. The location is this 9th floor of Parea (within the new wing of the Tsuruya Department Store).
