“All public baths (sento) belonging to the Kumamoto Prefecture public baths union are open as usual. If you have lost your lifeline, a bath, please use one of ours. We are offering free bathing support to victims. You will be asked to fill out your name, address, and age; this service is limited to victims. Each bath may have suffered damage, but under the circumstances, we have that decided we can offer hot water. Please feel free to use our facilities. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.”
