Here’s a job opportunity for those without a house now: Jamie of J-kaiwa (http://www.j-kaiwa.com/) is looking for part-time/ full-time English teachers. Preferably someone who can start ASAP, and work for at least one year minimum. If you are from Kumamoto and looking to settle down somewhere else (i.e. Miyazaki), they will provide you with a guestroom for the time being, until you can find permanent accomodation.
