Yesterday, Atsuko shared a nice map that provides information about the fireworks on the 31st. Here’s another, very similar map. I’m posting it in addition to what Atsuko posted because it shows where you can park you bicycles. Also, note that roads in the shaded areas will be closed to bicycles as well as cars. So, if you’re a cyclist, you’ll need to figure out where you want to park you bike:
