One Yokohama-born gentleman, Miyata Kazuhiro - an actor and racing car driver who totally looks like it - took the wheel to have 7,200 500ml bottles of excess potable water delivered to Miyagi Prefecture, still suffering infrastucture damage after the recent typhoon.
