I received an inquiry about toll roads (kosoku doro – expressways or highways) and my interlocutor mentioned that a friend of his runs a British pastry shop called “Tomi’s Shortbread House.” I wasn’t asked to promote the shop but the web page (in English, of course) looks too good to ignore.
