My daughter has returned to Kumamoto so had to change her residency status. I accompanied her to City Hall. It took about half the eternity that I had expected (y’know half an eternity?) I killed time by asking strangers strange questions (a huge map noted, “You are here,” and I got in a deeply philosophical discussion regarding this).
