Kirk here reporting that Kumamoto City has been ranked as the third most livable city in Japan. What! Only third?!! ;)

I haven’t had time to look into exactly how this evaluation was made but as one who also finds Kumamoto City to be quite livable, the overall evaluation makes sense to me.
