If you are a jazz fan , or just want a different kind of great evening out , keep your calendar open on October 13th. Michelle Rounds will be back in Kumamoto for a special gig at Swing. Michelle had been in Japan as a jazz vocalist based in Miyazaki , and has been based in Egypt for a number of years . She is a very dear friend of my late husband and I , and we all were avid fans of Nomoto san’s piano. This performance was intended to be with Shuichi Nomoto, but sadly he passed away while the gig was still in the planning stages , so it will be a memorial live. I will attach the poster . This is a rare chance to hear some amazing jazz. Please come and enjoy a drink and some great music.
