The Sixth session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on Mercury (INC 6) will “prepare for the entry into force of the Minamata Convention on Mercury and also address issues that will be decided upon by the Conference of Parties at its first meeting.” The convention was adopted here in Kumamoto a little over a year ago.
