There is information from Saibu Gas about their efforts to restore service in Kumamoto. The page is in Japanese. Basically it apologizes for the inconvenience and assures everyone they are doing what they can.

More importantly, it reminds people to turn off the gas to their homes and leave it off until workers can check it for safety. Turn off the gas at the source, for example where the meter is.

They hope to have service restored to 30% of the area by April 26, 60% by the end of the month, and 100% by May 8. Priority is being given to medical facilities, schools, and retirement homes.
