There are lots of pictures of the aftermath of the quake, but relatively few videos showing buildings as they are being shaken. Fortunately, this little house withstands the quake, though several shingles fall off (as happened with my house and those of many, many people here). I like that way the man taking the video, presumable the owner of the home, says “gambare yo” (“hang in there”) at the end. He seems to be offering his home words of encouragement.
