Following the successful hosting of two Rugby World Cup games (except, why did the fanzone have to disappear so quickly when there are so many exciting games coming up??) Kumamoto’s next big sporting event is the Handball World Championship. There are five venues, three in Kumamoto city, along with Yatsushiro and Yamaga. Tickets for all the games can be purchased here.
