This is kind of funny. Y’know when you’re in elementary school in Takamori and you’re not sure who your teacher will be for whatever class, and someone says, “Oh. It will be the Emperor from the Akasaka Palace.” Apparently, this was a demonstration of ICT 「Information and Communication Technology」, and the Emperor didn’t actually teach anything.
