Kirk here. Classes at my university have been cancelled tomorrow due to projections of heavy rain. It may be worst, according to this report, during the early morning hours. The lower row, obscured by the gentleman's arm, is about the danger of landslides. If you live in a low level area or near a steep slope that may become the site of a landslide you may need to evacuate.
