Cassie here. Here’s a great example of local kids doing amazing things in sports. Kyushu Gakuin’s high school and junior high school teams both won the national tournaments in August. They visited the prefecture office and met with the governor.

Cassie here. Big news for Chuo-ku specifically Oe. Aeon is closing in February next year. It was originally Daiei than changed to Aeon. It has not been decided what will happen to Gran Paleta where the movie theater is yet. As someone that lives and works near Aeon this was a big shock especially since they only remodeled it in the last few years to put in Viva Homes. The article is below but so far there are only Japanese articles.
